(Riau)

Responsibilities:

• Project co-ordination with client, engineering department, business units, vendors, subcontractors and procurement department for all project activities.
• Co-ordinate with the site construction team for installation, testing and commissioning works.
• Project planning, progress reports and claims.
• Interpret construction and technical drawings.
• Evaluation of vendor quotation on technical and commercial aspects.
• Preparation of method of statement, risk assessments for various installation works.
• Plan monthly work schedule and set productivity to be achieved.
• Monitor the progress of projects.
• Initiate and undertake action to prevent the occurrence of non- conformity.
• Verify technical specifications for adequacy.
• Involve in meetings when required
• Good understanding of ISO quality requirements and ability to adhere to the requirements in the execution of works.
• Prepares and updates material take-off for project procurement and bid proposals.
• Assists in preparing cost estimate for tender proposal.
• Training of project supervisors.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Metal Fabrication/Welding), Engineering (Petroleum/Oil/Gas), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Marine) or equivalent.
• Working experience in Piping, Structural Steel Construction, Equipment Installation in Oil & Gas and/or Marine and/or Shipyard industries.
• Extensive knowledge of Engineering, Procurement, Project controls and Construction work processes.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Engineering - Mechanical/Structural or equivalent. Job role in Project Management or Structural Engineer.
• 2 Full-Time positions available.

Accommodation within the industrial estate will be provided. 15 minutes away from 2nd largest town, Tanjung Uban, in Bintan. 60 minutes away by ferry to Singapore.

5 ½-day work week.
